The Role This key position within the Finance Team provides crucial support to the Financial Controller and wider finance function. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality communication with clients while supporting service requirements across the business. The role combines Accounts Receivable, job costing, estimating, invoicing, reconciliation, and project accounting within a fast‑paced mining services environment. This role would suit a Project or Site Administrator who has had strong exposure to invoicing, time capture and billing in a mining or shutdown environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation and submission of job estimates for client works Assist in the timesheet review and approval process including preparing any necessary reconciliations Prepare timesheet exports and invoicing to the client Setup and administer jobs in the system Provide overall assistance within the Accounts Receivable function including the follow up of pending client outstanding purchase orders, timesheets and overdue payments Prepare job profitability reports analysing actual to budget performance for Operational Managers Build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries, issues and assist in resolving concerns promptly Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly journals for allocation of labour, plant and equipment and subcontractor costs where necessary Assist in the preparation and review of monthly work in progress balances Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting to the Executive Team Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc duties as required About You 2–3 years’ experience in finance, accounts or project/site administration Strong Excel skills (intermediate–advanced) Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and job costing Mining Services or shutdowns exposure Excellent attention to detail, communication and stakeholder engagement Able to work independently in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment Why Warrikal Learn from experienced professionals dedicated to your success Recognition, rewards and ongoing opportunities Flexible work arrangements (conditions apply) Access to mental health support (EAP) How to Apply To apply for the role, click on the 'Apply' button Warrikal welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
