To support our continued growth and improve internal systems, workflows and reporting processes, we are seeking a full-time ICT Business Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. Position: ICT Business Analyst (Full-Time) Key Duties & Responsibilities: working with internal stakeholders and users to identify, gather and document business requirements for ICT systems, process improvements and operational reporting; identifying and analysing current business processes, procedures and work practices to determine gaps and improvement opportunities; evaluating existing systems and workflows; translating business needs into functional specifications, business requirements documents, process maps and user stories for system-related solutions; liaising with management, users, technical service providers and other stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions meet business objectives and operational requirements; supporting the design, implementation, testing and deployment of new or enhanced systems, including preparing test scenarios and assisting with user acceptance testing; using appropriate project methodologies, principles and techniques to contribute to project planning, scheduling, resource coordination and implementation activities; preparing and maintaining accurate documentation including business requirement specifications, procedures, reports, training materials and change records; monitoring system performance and user feedback after implementation to ensure business requirements are met and continuous improvement opportunities are identified; providing support and guidance to staff during system changes and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a ICT Business Analyst (preferred). Strong knowledge of application techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
