Four Lads Pty Ltd trading as Seafood Town is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of bakery and café-style dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety. Location: Woody Point, QLD 4019 Salary: $76,000 – $85,000 per annum Superannuation Key Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals, bakery items, and café-style dishes according to established recipes and menu requirements. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation standards. Assist with food preparation, ingredient portioning, and kitchen organisation. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Australian food safety regulations. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and storing ingredients. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service. Assist with menu preparation and development of new dishes when required. Skills and Requirements Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field OR equivalent industry experience. Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen, café, or restaurant environment. Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment . Strong teamwork and communication skills. Availability to work flexible hours , including weekends and public holidays.
