Prepare Cake Batters, fillings and cake decorations Produce European - Style Pastries : Puff Pastries , Eclairs , Croissants , Fresh Tarts , Lamingtons,Quiches etc Glaze and decorate Pastries and cakes Must have attention to details to Store and display baked goods Weigh and mix ingredients accurately Monitor Oven temperatures and accurately follow baking times . Clean each baking tray and equipments each day Must strictly follow hygiene standards and rules Manage daily productions on daily basis as per schedules Must be able to work independently The ideal candidate must have. : Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastrycook Must have Certificate III in Baking , Patisserie or relevant qualifications Must have strong attention to detail Work Location: In person Salary - $77,000 - $80,000 - Per year Plus Superannuation Full Time - 38 Hours per week.
