This role involves working with a variety of electronic systems and equipment in a professional environment, requiring strong technical expertise and attention to detail. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality service-focused business. Role and Responsibilities Installing electronic instruments, equipment, and control systems. Setting up and commissioning control systems using knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment such as audio-visual systems, home entertainment units, computers, and electronic security systems. Examining and testing machinery, equipment, instruments, and control systems to detect faults and identify issues. Adjusting, repairing, and replacing defective or worn components and wiring while performing routine maintenance. Reassembling equipment after servicing, conducting test operations, and making final adjustments to ensure proper functionality. Advising users on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions and improve equipment lifespan. Monitoring radio communications, including transmitting and receiving voice messages. Interpreting coded messages, converting them into plain language, and preparing written or typed communications for transmission. Skills and experience Must have experience of more than 1 year working as an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker.
