They are now seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team in Logan Job Description The Payroll Officer will be responsible for End‑to‑end processing of complex weekly and monthly payrolls Interpretation of multiple EBAs and awards Support system integrations and workflows STP submissions, reconciliations and year‑end processing Complex termination and redundancy calculations Provide payroll advice to employees and leaders Assist with audits, reporting and compliance obligations Contribute to continuous improvement projects and SOP development Mentor and support team members The Successful Applicant The successful Payroll Officer should have: A proven track record within a similar role Strong knowledge of payroll systems and related software. Understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and employees.
