About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager - No-Code Platform with a builder mindset to help design and deploy the systems that power the Decidr ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product, engineering and commercial teams to turn complex business problems into scalable, intelligent solutions. In this role, you will: Own and deliver the no-code builder and execution engine that powers DecidrOS, including workflows, triggers, actions and AI components Define and ship the app runtime, enabling applications to run autonomously and interact with each other Build and manage the integration layer between the no-code platform and core data systems via APIs Establish the foundations for app discovery, configuration and marketplace expansion Partner with Product Managers across functions to enable real business workflows on the platform Define clear platform boundaries across data, application and builder layers Drive interoperability across apps, enabling systems to trigger, coordinate and execute together You’ll succeed if you: Can translate complex platform architecture into intuitive, usable product experiences Have experience building platforms, developer tools, or no-code / low-code systems Understand APIs, data systems and product architecture well enough to make strong trade-offs Have worked on AI-native products and understand real-world constraints in production Can design for non-technical users configuring workflows, automation and systems Thrive in ambiguity and can turn evolving requirements into clear product direction Collaborate deeply across teams and bring others into decisions early Why Decidr: Work on intelligent systems used by real organisations Help shape the development of DecidrOS and agentic applications High ownership and visibility - your work will have real impact Join an ASX-listed AI company at an early stage of growth Apply Now If the role looks interesting, we encourage you to apply.
