This is an opportunity to combine hands-on practice with supervision, mentoring, and service development, supporting people with disability to live safe, meaningful and independent lives. In this role, you will: Deliver evidence-based, person-centred Occupational Therapy services to adults with disability Conduct comprehensive assessments including Functional Capacity Assessments and assistive technology recommendations Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and documentation Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and guidance to Occupational Therapists Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with key stakeholders Contribute to quality improvement and best practice service delivery About you: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration Minimum 5 years’ experience working with people with disability Strong clinical skills, leadership capability and communication skills Experience with aids, equipment and environmental modifications Commitment to NDIS Practice Standards and Identitywa’s values We offer a supportive, values‑driven workplace, opportunities to influence practice and professional growth.
