We are seeking a passionate and person-centred Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical and Allied Health team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services that empower people with disability to maximise their independence, participation, and quality of life. Working closely with participants, families, support workers, and a multidisciplinary team, you will support meaningful outcomes through functional assessment, tailored interventions, and strong collaborative practice—all aligned with our organisational values and the NDIS framework. In this role, you will: Conduct functional, environmental, and sensory assessments Deliver individualised occupational therapy interventions Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and NDIS reports Assess, recommend, and prescribe aids, equipment, and environmental modifications Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Build strong relationships with participants, families, and support workers About You Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening Check Experience with aids and equipment prescription Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Commitment to participant‑centred, values‑based practice What’s on Offer Flexible full‑time or part‑time working arrangements Supportive and collaborative allied health team Professional supervision and development opportunities Community‑based NDIS work with meaningful impact Remuneration in line with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020, commensurate with experience Please read the full job description (JDF) attachment under 'Description' on our website and click Apply.
