This 12-month contract, based at Sydney Head Office, sits within Finance Strategic Projects and Enterprise Services in the CFO Group. You will support governance, reporting and delivery rhythm across multiple workstreams, helping leaders and teams stay aligned on priorities, risks and outcomes. We’re Looking For … A highly organised PMO Coordinator who brings structure to complexity. You enjoy keeping programs on track, creating clarity for stakeholders, and producing executive‑ready updates that support strong decision making. What You’ll Do You will be the engine room for program coordination, governance and reporting, ensuring information flows smoothly and actions land on time. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating program meetings, agendas, minutes, actions and material distribution Supporting consolidated reporting across risks, issues, dependencies and actions for senior leaders and steering committees Maintaining program documentation, integrated plans, logs and SharePoint repositories Supporting governance processes, decision tracking and quality standards Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of project team members Preparing executive ready presentations and maintaining templates and version control Supporting business cases, workstream plans and financial or audit documentation Acting as a central coordination point between internal teams and delivery partners About You You bring calm and control to fast‑moving environments. You are detail‑driven, proactive and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy improving how things run and take pride in delivering accurate, timely information.
