About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across multiple business units, partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people and culture. Duties Deliver generalist HR support across operations, sales, and home care teams. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies. Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Support L&D initiatives and mobile HR platform implementation. Contribute to strategic HR projects and continuous improvement programs. Skills and Experience Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within aged care, retirement living, or hospitality. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage remote workforce challenges. Passion for people, wellbeing, and building inclusive workplace culture.
