The Role We’re seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Valet Host, supporting Arrival Coordination. Known internally as Doorperson, this is a full-time role that will see you helping to deliver a seamless and memorable arrival experience for hotel guests to one of Sydney’s most luxurious hotels. Working at the hotel entrance, you’ll play an important part in coordinating driveway flow, supporting luggage and vehicle movements, and ensuring guests are welcomed with warmth, professionalism and a keen attention to detail. As a senior team member, you’ll work closely with our Bell Services and Valet team to keep arrivals and departures running smoothly, particularly during peak periods and promotions. What you’ll do: Manage driveway traffic flow to keep arrivals and departures safe, efficient and well organised Support our Bell Services and Valet team with guest arrivals, departures, luggage and vehicle coordination Deliver exceptional service to all guests, including VIPs, with discretion and professionalism Multitask calmly and confidently during peak periods and high guest volume Maintain strong local and product knowledge to answer guest questions and provide directions What we require: A valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum Green Ps / P2) Confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles (automatic and/or manual) Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply. Candidates who hold an overseas/international licence must be willing to obtain an NSW driver licence.
