Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met. Act as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation phase. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks promptly and efficiently. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes. Ensure all customer requirements are met and documented accurately. Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Implementation Specialist should have: Experience in customer service or project management, Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using project management tools and software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, such as Melbourne Airport. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. Proficient in CW1 What's on Offer Competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 AUD, plus superannuation.
