This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) offering stability and variety. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential. What you will do: Deliver exceptional service – Engage with customers and buyers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day. Keep things moving – Manage incoming mail, coordinate couriers, handle data entry, and ensure office supplies are stocked and ready. Own the details – Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time. Exceed expectations – Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, precise support that meets their needs. Keep registrations on track – Check and cancel vehicle registration status to ensure auction readiness. Drive compliance – Prepare compliant registration documents aligned with Pickles and TMR requirements. Be the key liaison – Correspond with the Department of Transport and Main Roads on registration matters.
