Driver's license essential and own transport Current working with children's card essential Must be reliable and punctual Must have weekend and night availability High attention to detail Proven ability to process financial and administrative data accurately. Well-developed communication skills and emotional intelligence Ability to manage frustrated or difficult clients using conflict resolution What you will be doing Processing applications in accordance with company guidelines Verifying claims, invoices and financial information Prepare payment requests and support reconciliation and reporting obligations Provide clear, respectful and professional communication to client and stakeholders Manage difficult, distressed or frustrated clients with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate records Travel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
