A Summary Of Key Tasks Establish and coordinate annual Health and Wellbeing program Induct newly appointed health and safety representatives, emergency wardens and first aiders Assist with WHS reporting, and data analysis Partner with the organisation and provide advice on applying the safety management system and legislative framework Assist to document, review and continuously improve the safety management system System Administer to configure and use ICT solutions (Clew) About You To succeed in this role, you will possess: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or minimum two years’ relevant experience) with sound understanding of WHS legislation, regulations and codes of practice; Demonstrated experience in WHS risk management, including risk assessments, workplace inspections and audits; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and educate a diverse workforce on safety matters; and Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver WHS outcomes.
