We’re now seeking a skilled and proactive PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimise warehouse logistics in Melbourne, ensuring seamless, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery across our fleet. This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing people, processes, and performance around the clock. Lead, manage, and support our PM warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate scheduling and dispatch assist our warehouse team to complete stock on hand checks, cycle counts, and investigate and correct issues with stock. Implement and refine operational procedures to drive efficiency, safety, and service quality. Manage key operational costs , including budgets, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse performance metrics. Support and foster a positive team culture , aligned with Peter Sadler’s core values of care, integrity, and excellence. Skills and experience Warehouse Operations experience. Forklift Licence essential – High Reach experience. Management of people or leadership experience. Ability to work effectively with teams. Excellent communication at all levels.
