Engage leaders to understand the issues, forecast hiring needs, and develop hiring strategies. Lead, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters hiring for our frontline teams that support and care for those we serve (eg: Claims Specialists, Case Managers, Operations etc). Lead and drive recruitment campaigns across claims, customer service, and operations. Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer brand in a competitive talent market. Improve recruitment processes, candidate pipelines, and time-to-hire. Use data and insights to manage recruitment capacity, demand, and performance. Support strategic projects including talent pooling and strategic workforce planning. Skills & Experience Hands-on recruiter with strong experience leading in-house healthcare or insurance recruitment (Case Managers, Claims specialists etc). Experience engaging with and influencing business stakeholders. Experience leading and mentoring recruiters. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities. A recruiter who brings energy, pace, and accountability to hiring outcomes. Experience within insurance, healthcare or service organisations is essential.
