As a Senior Occupational Therapist , you’ll: Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants , tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals. Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities. Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence. Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise. Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. Take on leadership opportunities , including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with: AHPRA registration and 2 years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check , Working with Children Check , and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
