The successful candidates will have: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability. Proven effective communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to work. Ability to utilise an electronic documentation system and undertake documentation. Work co-operatively as part of a team and follow instructions from appropriate supervisor. Effectively manage time and organise workload. Ability to understand and comply with legislation, regulations and organisational procedures Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Reliable and Registered Vehicle and current Comprehensive Car Insurance. Current driver’s license and ability and willingness to drive to and from client’s homes. Satisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check.
