Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain performance standards Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate ordering to ensure product availability Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and layout meet company standards Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability Manage cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting in line with company procedures Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food safety regulations Coordinate staff rostering, training, and development Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain effective business relationships Qualifications & Experience Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or supermarket management role Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance Sound knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and food safety standards Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service Apply Now!
