The Increment Delivery Engineering Project Manager will be assigned Engineering & Technology (E&T) program performance responsibilities forthe ongoing successful delivery of a Program Increment (PI) delivering in a Agile manner over ongoing 3 month program increments. This role will be the contact point for all key stakeholders, including our E&T team and the Commonwealth. Your responsibilities will include: Provide timely and accurate resource requirements such as people/skills, tools, infrastructure to Centre of Excellence leads together with program discipline leads. Work with first and second line functional leaders to identify program team staffing. Provide Engineering & Technology program team recognition and stakeholder performance feedback. Support the mentoring and career development of program team Proactively communicates with all constituents Accountable for Infrastructure E&T technical, cost, and schedule performance on the program. Member of Program Delivery Team and primary Engineering & Technology interface with Program Office/Customer for all programmatic items related to the PI. Ensure the E&T functional stakeholder engagement in program oversight and cost estimating review/approvals. Monitor program performance including Agile performance metrics and technical progress measures. Ensure technical and programmatic risks and dependencies are identified, managed and appropriately elevated. Ensure technical integrity of program products. Ensure requirements baseline is documented, tracked, maintained, and verified. Delivery of end to end capability Epics. Ensure establishment and tracking of key Technical Performance Measures (TPM). Track maturity of technical baseline and management of technical debt. Ensure adherence to adequate and appropriately adapted Engineering & Technology processes. About you: Extensive experience in C4ISR including below areas: Comms – datalinks and voice o Electronic Warfare Integrated Air & Missile Defence Sensors – active/passive Expert experience in System of Systems integration programs. Expert Engineering Management experience within a Defence engineering and regulatory framework. Extensive experience in management of Technical Risk. Extensive experience in resource planning and competency management. Extensive experience in Control Account Management. Eligible to attain Chartered Professional Engineer in relevant college(s), such as Systems Engineering, Leadership & Management. Expert level experience in Agile Systems development. Extensive industry experience in technical leadership and development of engineering acquisition solutions. Advanced verbal communication skills including both speaking with and listening to the Customer Highly advanced analysis skills with an ability to develop and evaluate alternatives to determine best value based on Customerprovided performance weightings. Desired Product lifecycle management experience Management of subcontractors DevSecOps experience. Model-based engineering (sysML, DoDAF, Rhapsody/Cameo) experience.
