What’s The Role: Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you’ll join a close-knit recruitment team within our broader People function. This role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. You’ll play a hands-on role in helping transition from manual to more streamlined, digital recruitment processes — making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, adapting, and being part of positive change. Minimum skills and experienced required: Support end-to-end high volume recruitment activities across a range of roles Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding processes Build positive working relationships with hiring managers and candidates Maintain accurate data and recruitment records in systems Provide timely updates and ensure a smooth recruitment process Experience with Workday Recruitment and Onboarding (desirable) Background in transport, logistics, or large service-based organisations (desirable) Skills and attributes, we seek in our Recruiters: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Team-focused, positive, and results-driven mindset Highly responsive with a commitment to service excellence Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Solutions-focused approach — you see challenges as opportunities Our recruitment team plays an important role in shaping first impressions at Lindsay Australia.
