We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineering Design Draftsperson, Electrical Engineering Technician & Electronic Equipment Trades Worker to join our team. These are permanent, full-time positions. Electrical Engineer Duties & Responsibilities Planning, designing, programming power monitoring systems and equipment Preparing drawings, plans and diagrams of electrical installations and circuitry Design verification to A61439 Conducting discrimination studies Collecting data, performing tests and complex calculations, graphing results, and preparing charts and tabulations estimating materials costs and quantities Inspecting designs and finished products for compliance with specifications and regulations Assembling, installing, testing, calibrating, modifying, and repairing electrical equipment and installations to conform with regulations and safety requirements. Undertaking electrical workshop functions such as installing assemblies for protection relays, metering and indicating devices Must have requirements: "A" Grade electrical license is preferred Knowledge on BMS and Power Management Software Switchboard manufacturing experience and a sound knowledge of Australian standards Experience with control wiring and fault finding Good communication and interpersonal skills High regard for safety and a healthy working environment Salary Range: $76,515 to $95,000 Electrical Engineering Draftsperson Duties and Responsibilities Planning, designing, programming power monitoring systems and equipment Preparing drawings, plans and diagrams of electrical installations and circuitry Uses software in created technical drawings and plans for electrical system Design verification to AS61439 Conducting discrimination studies Assisting Electrical Engineers and Engineering Technologists in design and layout of electrical installations and circuitry on substations, switchgear, cabling systems and motor control systems Coordinating with the Engineer for the created design into a blueprint and to ensure that they meet the requirements. Collecting data, performing tests and complex calculations, graphing results, and preparing charts and tabulations estimating materials costs and quantities Inspecting designs and finished products for compliance with specifications and regulations Assembling, installing, testing, calibrating, modifying, and repairing electrical equipment and installations to conform with regulations and safety requirements Undertaking electrical workshop functions such as installing assemblies for protection relays, metering and indicating devices Assisting with research and experimentation programs Skills and Experience Required: Must have minimum of 3 years working experience in the industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to details High regard for safety and a healthy working environment Salary Range: $76,515 to $95,000 Electrical Engineering Technician Duties & Responsibilities: Read and understand and interpret wiring SLD's and Switchboard drawing layout. Understand Australian Standards and apply knowledge on Switchboard manufacturing and assembly. Assisting Electrical Engineers and Engineering Technologists in design and layout of electrical installations and circuitry on substations, switchgear, cabling systems and motor control systems. Inspecting designs and finished products for compliance with specifications and regulations. Manufacture and assembly of electrical switchboards, motor control centres, and sub-station kiosks. -Busbar bending, cutting and punching -Laying out electrical componentry (ACB's, MCCB's, chassis, RCD's, Meters) on switchboards -Wiring electrical equipment at our factory Must have requirements: LV Switchboard manufacturing and assembly experience Ability to use basic hand tools Ideal requirements: Use of busbar machinery and equipment Electrical license Experience with control wiring and fault finding Salary range: $76,515 to $95,000 Electronic Equipment Trades Worker Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive examinations and tests on machines, equipment, instruments, and control systems to accurately identify faults. Proactively adjust, repair, and replace worn or defective parts and wiring to ensure optimal maintenance of machinery and equipment. Reassemble and test equipment, implementing necessary adjustments to enhance overall performance. Provide users with clear and precise guidance on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions effectively. Skillfully interpret coded messages, translating them into plain language to facilitate effective communication through well-documented transmissions. Monitor radio traffic efficiently to guarantee accurate transmission and reception of voice messages. Expertly install electronic instruments and control systems to enhance functionality. *Must have: At least three years of relevant experience for this position.
