This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Family Violence Practitioner lead at our Cranbourne North centre to join RAV. About the role Reporting to the Program Manager Family Violence, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery by providing clinical supervision across RAV’s Family Violence programs. This involves providing debriefing, support and feedback to staff and responding to a diverse range of issues including trauma, violence, mental health difficulties, family law complexities, and blended families. You will deliver an integrative and coordinated practice response, working with individuals, including men who use violence, women, children and families. Guided by contemporary evidence-based theory and research, you will work systemically and select interventions that foster sustained positive change. This role is located at Cranbourne North and is permanent, full-time with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. Hybrid work arrangements are available upon completion of probation period as per RAV policy. The base salary range is $120,757-$124,163 (pro-rata) per annum . About you Degree qualified in social work, psychology or a related social science discipline. Graduate diploma or graduate certificate qualification in men’s family violence. Experience in facilitating men’s behaviour change (MBC) groups. Experience in the provision of high-quality assessment of individuals and families, where family violence is an identified risk.
