Daily Duties Include: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, through various communication channels such as Phone, Email and Chat. Processing Sales Transactions, Customer Orders, Supplier invoice entry. Maintain customer records and update relevant databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Maintain Stock & Workshop Supplies. Helping maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area. Ideal Candidate: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Good organisation skills. Empathy, Patience, and a genuine desire to help customers. Ability to work as part of a team & to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
