Electrical Fitter / Production Supervisor Rutherford, NSW | $110K Super | Day Shift On-Call Rotation We're seeking a hands-on Electrician or Mechanical Fitter to take on a Production Supervisor / Technical Leader to take full responsibility for a key production area within our manufacturing operation. Working closely with operators, process controllers, and management, you'll ensure production runs efficiently, downtime is minimised, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role! You'll be on the floor, leading from the front and stepping in where needed. Key Responsibilities Own and drive production output, quality, and downtime Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns and technical issues quickly Work across automation systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and electrical equipment Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow Manage spare parts and inventory using SAP (or similar systems) Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Maintain and enforce QA standards, processes, and production records Ensure strong housekeeping and safety standards Train and develop team members to lift capability and performance About You Mechanical and/or Electrical Trade Qualification (essential) Background in manufacturing or industrial production Solid experience with PLCs, automation, and process equipment Proven ability to lead small teams Confident making decisions and working autonomously Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to be on-call once a fortnight A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and improvement The Opportunity This is your chance to step into a role where you're trusted to run your area like it's your own.
