We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Supercheap Auto Marketing & eCommerce team in a broad, fast-paced role that works across campaign coordination, product launches, in-store POS, signage, print production and cross-functional stakeholder management. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination or project coordination who enjoys variety, works well with multiple stakeholders, and loves bringing projects to life from brief through to execution. About The Role As our Marketing Coordinator, you will act as the key link between the Marketing and the wider business, helping coordinate merchandise led activity including new line launches, consumer promotions, marketing campaigns and in-store signage. You’ll work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Merchandise, Retail Operations, eCommerce and Studio, along with external print partners, and agencies to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and aligned to business needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing activity, product launches, campaigns and promotions Act as the key point of contact between Marketing and wider business units Brief work into Marketing and eCommerce teams, and support campaign execution Manage in-store POS, signage, printed materials and additional in store material as required Coordinate artwork approvals, print production and distribution to stores Maintain campaign plans, promotional schedules and supporting documents Liaise with stakeholders across multiple teams to keep projects moving Support broader initiatives including conferences, events and key business projects Ensure a high standard of accuracy, detail and execution What You’ll Bring Experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Campaign Coordinator or Project Coordinator role Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong Excel capability High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment across multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities if needed Confidence working across cross-functional teams A calm, professional approach and strong problem-solving skills Nice to have Experience coordinating printed materials, POS, signage or print production Experience using Asana or another workflow/project management tool Exposure to retail, promotions, merchandise-led campaigns or consumer marketing Why join us?
