The Opportunity We’re looking for a Group Business Director to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of top advertisers/marketers. You’ll develop strategies, execute sales initiatives to meet Seven West Media revenue, and boost market share while championing Seven Network, Seven Media Group and Seven West Media brands. What you'll do: Build lasting relationships with advertisers, media consultants, and marketers to reach and exceed sales targets. Manage sales activities that deliver or exceed required yield and share targets. Develop strategies, share insights, and reports to optimise performance across Seven Media Group. Lead, inspire and coach a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth across their designated portfolio. Stay ahead of market trends and collaborate across teams to enhance the Seven Media Group brand and drive business outcomes. What you'll bring: You’re results-driven, proactive with a strong sense of ownership for your sales portfolio and team’s performance. You’re a confident communicator, customer-focused, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player who inspires, coaches, and influences others. You’ll also have: Previous sales, marketing management, advertising and/or media buying experience. Strong leadership track record and experience managing teams. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Mac programs and knowledge of industry software is highly desirable. Formal qualifications in Business, Management, Marketing or other related fields (preferred but not essential).
