This is a key role within a close knit team, offering a mix of customer service, workshop coordination and estimating responsibilities. You'll play an important part in keeping jobs running smoothly while ensuring customers receive clear communication and a high level of service. About the Role You'll be the link between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, providing clear updates and ensuring jobs are accurately scoped and delivered efficiently. This is not your standard front desk role. Alongside service advising, you'll take ownership of preparing estimates, managing parts and supporting workflow planning across a variety of vehicles. Key responsibilities include: Managing customer enquiries, bookings and job updates Preparing accurate estimates from inspections, diagnostics and service reports Sourcing and ordering OEM and aftermarket parts Tracking parts and ensuring readiness ahead of scheduled work Supporting workshop scheduling and workflow coordination Liaising with technicians to confirm scope and avoid delays or rework Assisting with general administration and front desk duties as required About You You'll bring a combination of customer service skills, organisation and a solid understanding of automotive environments.
