We are seeking a commercially aware, proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors and, at times, the CEO. This is a high-profile role requiring discretion, organisation, and confidence in a professional environment. You will act as a trusted right hand to senior leadership, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities while you manage day-to-day operations. About the Role As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to senior leadership, manage competing priorities, and ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for keeping leadership organised, prepared, and informed across multiple projects and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage complex diaries across multiple senior leaders Coordinate internal and client meetings, including agendas, briefing papers, and materials Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and other communications as required Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings Maintain and update case management and document systems Assist with reports, proposals, and other documentation Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Handle confidential communications with discretion Act as gatekeeper, prioritising incoming requests and queries Provide ad hoc support to other senior personnel as needed Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and expertise Perform other duties as required to support leadership Skills and Experience 5 years' experience supporting senior executives, ideally across multiple leaders Background in professional services, consulting, property, or construction highly regarded Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills Strong oral and written communication skills with professional document presentation capability Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgement Comfortable working autonomously About the Company Our client is a well-established, professional, and growing organisation that values efficiency, collaboration, and clear communication.
