What’s on Offer • $36 per hour super • Eastern Creek location • Rotating roster between 6am – 6pm, Monday to Friday • Temporary role with potential to become permanent • Supportive national team environment About the Role Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will: • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls • Provide professional customer support and problem resolution • Follow up deliveries with outbound calls • Respond to urgent order requests via phone and email • Process customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment • Liaise with operations to check stock availability • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints About You • Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration • Experience in call centre, transport or logistics environments highly regarded • Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and orders • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy • Driver’s licence and reliable transport required (limited public transport access) How to apply Applications will be reviewed for this role and only suitable applicants will be contacted .
