This position is responsible for providing quality customer service and information services to visitors of the Museum and Visitors Information Centre . This role is a casual role, based out of the Age of Fishes Museum. About You This role is for a customer service focused individual, with strong communication skills. To be successful in this role, you will possess: Class C driver’s licence. Qualifications in a relevant field. First aid certification Working with Children Check Excellent communication skills with a high level of customer service approach Highly organised Ability to research and find information on the web Ability to multitask Able to work on the weekends Remuneration and Benefits The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions of employment. The position is graded 2 in Council's salary system with an hourly rate of $36.05 to $38.82 including casual loading.
