We’re looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. Requirements: Female carer. Shifts available: Monday 7am-9am | 4pm-6pm. Tuesday 7am-12pm | 5pm-7:30pm. Thursday 4pm-6pm. Friday 7am-9am | 5pm-7:30pm. Sunday 7:30am-9:30am. Mandatory Documents: NDIS Worker Screening Check. Valid First Aid & CPR certificates. Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle (is highly regarded). Comprehensive car insurance (if driving). Working with Children Check (WWCC) (optional). What We’re Looking For: Experience with hoist and bowel care (mandatory for this position). Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours (highly regarded). Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN. Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients. Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access. Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities. Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities. Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
