Your New Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of the store while developing your capability as a retail leader. You’ll work closely with the Head of Retail to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, build a strong team culture, and drive performance across sales, service, and operations. No two days look the same. One minute you’re on the floor with customers, the next you’re coaching a team member or making sure the store is running like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Head of Retail in leading daily store operations Delivering a premium, personalised customer experience Coaching and developing team members on the floor Driving sales through product knowledge and service excellence Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards Managing stock, deliveries, and general operational tasks Acting as the go-to leader when the Store Manager isn’t present What We’re Looking For Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport A proactive, hands-on approach to work Confidence in leading others, even if you’re early in your leadership journey Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation A genuine interest in sustainability, design, and premium products The Perks A culture of smart, engaged, values driven people, where everybody's voice matters.
