PFC Orange is a restaurant located in Orange NSW 2800, offering high-quality food, beverages, and customer service. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service. Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management. Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste and control costs. Manage budgets, cash handling, and daily financial transactions in accordance with business procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive business relationships. Ensure the restaurant premises, equipment, and facilities are well maintained and presented. Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
