Our team includes three experienced nurses, five allied health professionals, and a highly skilled administrative team, all working closely with GPs to provide seamless, integrated care for patients with complex or chronic conditions. The Role We are looking for a Casual Practice Nurse to join our Ballina and Byron practices to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients The Tasks Performing health assessments Administering vaccines Post vaccination observations and monitoring Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations Assisting GP with minor procedures Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data Wound dressings and removal of sutures Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals The Successful Candidate AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Outstanding communication and customer service skills A passion for people and a personable approach The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an outstanding work environment in a purpose and values-driven Company that invests in its people through training and development and internal promotion.
