We are currently seeking applications for Hotel Services to join our Disability Services team at our sites in Kingsley & Balcatta. We are offering a permanent part time position working 36 hours per fortnight with opportunity to pick up shifts if there is any. Shifts offered are per below: Week 1 Week 1 Monday 0700 - 1530 (Balcatta) Tuesday 0800 - 1400 (Kingsley) Monday 0700 - 1530 (Balcatta) Tuesday 0800 - 1400 (Kingsley) Friday 0800 - 1400 (Kingsley) This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment, thorough laundry services and meals and refreshment requirements for clients, keeping with health codes and regulations. To be suitable for this role, you will have: Demonstrated understanding of working in a home environment , as opposed to commercial cleaning settings. Ability to balance task completion with maintaining a respectful, person‑centred approach in a client’s home. Cleaning experience is beneficial (aged care or hospital experience acceptable). Dementia care experience is useful but not essential. Strong flexibility and adaptability to client needs and the home setting. Capacity to engage clients in promoting independence , including involving them in light household tasks where appropriate.
