This role is permanent part time for 24 hours per fortnight at Princess Alexandra Hospital. About This Role Your new role: Responsibilities As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will work in close partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide operational and clinical leadership within Ward 3C, a busy 28-bed Cardiothoracic Unit caring for surgical, cardiology and complex patients. Key responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day operational leadership and clinical oversight in collaboration with the NUM Supporting safe, high-quality and cost-effective nursing care aligned with best practice Coordinating staffing, workload management and patient flow based on acuity Leading and mentoring nursing staff to foster a positive, learning-focused culture About You You are a motivated and capable nursing leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for developing people and improving patient outcomes.
