About the role As the Contract Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services across a complex facilities management contract. You will lead operational performance, financial oversight, customer engagement and staff capability, ensuring all KPIs, service levels and safety standards are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong stakeholder management and a proactive approach to operational improvement. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of services to meet all KPIs, contractual requirements and client expectations. Monitor operational performance, budgets, service quality and reporting accuracy. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive service excellence. Provide effective leadership, coaching and performance management for the site team. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies while driving continuous improvement. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Degree or trade qualifications with at least 10 years' experience in facilities management or maintenance. Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site facility management contracts, ideally within local government. Strong operational leadership capability with proven success in service delivery environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build strong client relationships.
