Their SAP capability is expanding nationally , and they are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to play a key role delivering finance transformation programs while mentoring a growing team of consultants. This role combines hands-on SAP expertise, client engagement and team leadership , making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex finance problems through technology. You will also help develop the SAP capability by mentoring consultants and contributing to high-quality client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead configuration and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules Deliver solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Management Accounting Work with finance stakeholders to analyse processes and design improved SAP-enabled operating models Ensure integration across SAP modules including MM, SD and PP Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs Mentor and guide a team of SAP analysts and functional consultants Support financial reporting, month-end and year-end SAP processes Your Background To succeed in this role you will bring: 5 years’ experience delivering SAP Finance implementations Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment Strong functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling Experience across areas such as: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Cost Controlling / Management Accounting Product Costing or Margin Analysis Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline SAP S/4HANA certification preferred If you are an experienced SAP Finance consultant looking to step into a leadership role within a growing national practice , we would welcome your application.
