About the Opportunity Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead a skilled maintenance team and play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability and operational efficiency. This position suits a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about developing people and improving systems.
