General gist of the role: Oversee day-to-day operations of your portfolio, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently, and service standards are consistently maintained. Provide genuine, high-quality client care to both landlords and tenants, ensuring responsive communication and positive relationship management. Utilise and communicate with department support / VAs staff to ensure cohesive workflow. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships. Conduct out-goings & routine inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations and agreements. Handle complex tenant issues, escalations, and sensitive matters professionally - NCAT representation when essential. Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Monitor and address property arrears, ensuring proactive communication with tenants, and maintaining consistent follow-up to minimise outstanding balances. What will help you standout: Current/valid NSW Real Estate Certificate and/or Licence Reliable vehicle and driver's license Full-time availability is preferred but open to negotiation (NO weekend expectations) Genuine passion and appreciate for property management Team player with a commitment to a positive culture High standards of presentation, conduct, and professional execution Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM PM platforms/systems Previous Property Management experience, at a minimum 2years Next steps?
