Joblin Partners is proud to be partnering with an owner-operator gold-copper mine in Queensland, currently undertaking a series of upgrades and improvements to its existing processing plant. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to represent the owner’s team on a critical capital project. This is a 6 month contract role offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the operation. About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Processing Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of this essential project. A key focus will be overseeing the EPC contractor and ensuring obligations are met across safety, schedule, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Represent the owner’s interests throughout project delivery Manage and interface with the EPC contractor Ensure project timelines, milestones, and budgets are achieved Maintain strong alignment with ongoing site operations and stakeholders Drive a safe and efficient project execution environment About You: Proven experience in mineral processing plant projects (capital or sustaining capital) Background managing EPC contractors Ability to deliver projects within active operating environments Demonstrated commitment to safety, schedule, and quality outcomes What’s on Offer: 8/6 FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane Working for the Owner Operator Six month contract with potential extension Copper Gold Mineral processing upgrade This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing mining operation and contribute to a high-impact project.
