Automotive Service Advisor (Southport) We are recruiting for a well-established dealership based in Southport, seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to step into this a newly created role designed to improve the customer experience during vehicle servicing and warranty repair workflows. What’s on Offer Full-time, Monday to Friday role $65K salary ( excellent commission structure) Join a professional, team-oriented dealership group About the Role This is a face-to-face role where you will be liaising with customers, booking in thier vehicle for servicing and warranty work. You’ll work closely with the service, parts, and warranty departments, ensuring that communication is smooth, delays are minimised, and the customer is kept in the loop from diagnosis to completion. Key Responsibilities High level customer service Liaise with customers whose vehicles require warranty assessment Coordinate between internal departments to track progress and resolve issues Assist in managing timelines related to diagnosis, parts arrival, and repair completion Set clear expectations and maintain regular updates throughout the process Liaise between internal and external stakeholders About You Previous experience in an automotive service, service advisor, or customer care role is essential Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Able to manage challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism Calm under pressure and a natural problem solver Highly reliable with a team-focused attitude Proven track record using automotive software for logging and updating records.
