ABOUT POSITION : We’re looking for a Marketing / Paid Advertising Intern. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising concepts Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team be able to work at least 3 days per week. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) Conduct keyword research and audience targeting analysis Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports Support A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages Help manage advertising budgets and track ROI/ROAS Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop ad creatives Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates PREFERRED QUALIFICATION (Nice to Have) Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing WHAT YOU'LL GAIN Hands-on experience managing real advertising campaigns Exposure to performance marketing strategies and tools Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals Opportunity to build a strong portfolio Potential for full-time employment based on performance LOCATION: The host company is located at Melbourne.
