About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Coaching Capability to lead the design and implementation of a system-wide coaching model within a large and complex public sector environment. Location: Stirling ACT Working arrangement: Hybrid Pay Rate: $108.96/hr super (PAYG) | $122.04/hr (ABN) Contract: 5-Months (Potential Extension) This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership , shape professional practice at scale, and embed high-impact coaching frameworks that influence educators, leaders, and specialist practitioners. About the Role In this senior leadership role, you will drive the development and delivery of a consistent, high-quality coaching capability framework across a specialist workforce. You will work at a system level to: Design and embed coaching models that deliver measurable outcomes Build capability across multidisciplinary teams Ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in coaching practice Influence stakeholders across complex environments Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of a system-wide coaching framework Build coaching capability through modelling, supervision, and reflective practice Translate coaching theory into practical, scalable tools and frameworks Ensure consistency and quality across coaching delivery Provide expert advice on behaviour change, influence, and adult learning principles Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align with strategic priorities Support continuous improvement through monitoring, evaluation, and feedback About You You are a senior leader with deep expertise in coaching, capability development, and system-wide program delivery.
