About you You are an AHPRA Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including a minimum of two years in aged care, and 12 months or more in quality, clinical governance, or compliance roles. You bring demonstrated experience supporting or leading teams, along with a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical abilities for auditing and problem-solving, while maintaining professional objectivity and integrity. You are a motivated collaborator who is passionate about clinical excellence and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
