As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join their team for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting day‑to‑day operations, coaching and mentoring team members, and managing complex client matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong online trading knowledge who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with clients and colleagues, and stepping into a leadership‑focused role within a fast‑paced environment.
