The current WA team has been established since 2013. Base Exceptional Commission Structure (to 40%), paid monthly, on Temporary Contractors . Base Criteria 5 years Recruiting experience Australia-based experience in Temps / Contract recruitment (fully across Australian Temp compliance) Property / FM recruitment experience of 2 years - have a network Prior experience in attending Property Council, Corenet and FMA Events. Driven, eager team-player who wants to generate good income through high comm's Ability to be agile and adapt to changing markets Outline Duties The key duty is business generation, delivery and stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff. Supporting Property Owners / Operators, Property Managing Agents, and Facilities Management teams in filling their Short-term or ongoing Casual Hire requirements including Management, Corporate Services and Office Support. Working across a mix of Master Vendor, Preferred Supplier, Existing, Developing and New Clients. Ensuring relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM: - Candidate Work Rights, Client Terms of Business, Temporary Worker Pay Rates, Contracts & Inductions as well as WHS Compliance for client sites.
